私わたしたち異文化いぶんかコミュニケーション研究所けんきゅうしょ®のミッションは、

ことです。そしてその世界中せかいじゅうの優秀ゆうしゅうな人財じんざいのことを、当研究所とうけんきゅうしょでは”globalforce”(高度外国人こうどがいこくじん)と呼よびます。

The mission of the Institute for Cross-Cultural Communication® is 『To make Japan a country where excellent people can play an active role』and we call these excellent human resources in our Institute “globalforce” (advanced foreigners).

私わたしたちは、日本にほんで勉強べんきょうをした外国がいこくからの留学生りゅうがくせいの皆みなさんが、そのglobalforceになって日本にほんで活躍かつやくしてしてくれるものと信しんじています。

We believe that students from abroad who study here in Japan will go on to become an active globalforce.

外国人留学生皆がいこくじんりゅうがくせいのみなさんの就活支援しゅうしょくしえんを行おこなうのがこのglobalforce.careersです。

The  Web site, globalforce.careers, supports foreign students with their job search.

当研究所とうけんきゅうしょは、外国人留学生がいこくじんりゅうがくせいの皆みなさんへ、就活しゅうかつに関かんする情報提供じょうほうていきょうをすると共ともに、さまざまなイベントを行おこない就職しゅうしょくのチャンスを提供ていきょうします。さらに、就職後しゅうしょくごも皆みなさんの活躍かつやくをサポートします。

The Institute will provide foreign students with information related to job hunting and provide many opportunities for employment through various events. In addition, we will also support you even after you have found a job.

それと同時どうじに、当研究所とうけんきゅうしょは皆みなさんを雇用こようしたいと考かんがえている企業きぎょうに対たいしてのアドバイスも行おこなっています。多おおくの企業きぎょうでは、「globalforceは２~3年で直すぐに辞やめてしまう」「コミュニケーションがうまくとれない」と、ぐちをこぼします。さまざまな理由りゆうがあると思おもいますが、受うけ入いれる側がわの日本企業にほんきぎょうにも課題かだいがあると考かんがえます。企業きぎょうにアドバイスすることも当研究所とうけんきゅうしょの使命しめいです。

At the same time, Our laboratory also gives advice to companies who want to employ you. In many companies, the main complaints are “globalforce quit their jobs immediately after 2 – 3 years”and”Ability to communicate was not good”.
We think there are various reasons why Japanese companies have a problem assimilating foreigners. It is our mission to advise companies.

日本文化にほんぶんかは世界せかいに誇ほこれるものだと思おもいます。その国くにで、皆みなさんが活躍かつやくするための支援しえんを行おこなうことが私わたしたちの使命しめいです。

We think Japan is proud of it`s culture in the world. In this country, it is our mission provide support for your success.

但ただし、お願ねがいがあります。当研究所とうけんきゅうしょは支援しえんはできますが、結局就職けっきょくしゅうしょくは皆みなさんの人柄ひとがらと能力次第のうりょくしだいです。日本文化にほんぶんかや日本語にほんごの勉強べんきょうは、継続けいぞくして行おこなってください。なぜなら、ほとんどの日本企業にほんきぎょうでは日本語にほんごが必須ひっすだからです。

However, there is a request. Our Institute can provide support but eventually, getting employed depends on your personality and ability. Please continue to study Japanese culture and language because most Japanese companies feel it is
essential to have language ability.
