最近雨の日が多くじめじめするようになってきました。この時期のことを「梅雨」と呼んでいます。湿度に負けず、元気に頑張っていきましょう！
Recently, it has been getting more and more damp on rainy days, known as “梅雨” (Tsuyu) in Japanese. Let’s stay resilient and positive despite the weather and continue to strive forward with energy and determination.

┃１┃『諺（ことわざ）11/50～15/50』（proverb）

日本語では良く諺を使います。少なくとも、日本の小学生でも知っている諺くらいは皆さんも知っておいた方がよいので、これから１０回に分けて紹介します。是非覚えてください。
We often use proverbs in Japanese. At least you should know the proverbs that Japanese elementary school students know.So I will introduce 50 of them in ten parts. Please remember by all means.
今回は３回目です。前回と合わせて１０個の諺を覚えたことになります。頑張ってくださいね！
This is the third one. You remembered 10 proverbs together with the last time. Please do your best!
11.鬼に金棒（おににかなぼう）
意味：強いものに強いものがくわわって、さらに強くなること
英語表現 ”That makes it double sure.”
12.帯に短し たすきに長し（おびにみじかし たすきにながし）
意味：ちゅうとはんぱで何にも使えず、まったく役に立たないこと
英語表現 ”Too much for one, and not enough for two. It is good for neither one thing nor the other.”
13.火中の栗を拾う（かちゅうのくりをひろう）
意味：自分のためでなく、他の人のためにあえて危険なことをすること
英語表現 ”Take the chestnuts out of the fire with the cat’s paw.”
14.壁に耳あり 障子に目あり （かべにみみあり しょうじにめあり）
意味：かくし事は人にばれやすいから、注意したほうがよいということ
英語表現 ”Walls have ears.”
15.かわいい子には旅をさせよ （かわいいこにはたびをさせよ）
意味：自分の子供がかわいいなら、あまやかすよりも苦労させたほうがよいということ
英語表現 ”Spare the rod and spoil the child. ”
