関東地方では梅雨も明け、毎日本当に暑い日が続きますね。
一日中エアコンの効いた部屋にいると体がなまってしまうので、朝夕の涼しいときに近くの公園を散歩して体を動かしてくださいね。
In the Kanto region, the rainy season has ended, and we are experiencing really hot days every day, aren’t we?
Spending the whole day in an air-conditioned room can make our bodies feel sluggish, so I encourage you to take a walk in the nearby park during the cooler mornings and evenings to get some exercise.

┃１┃『諺（ことわざ）16/50～20/50』（proverb）

日本語では良く諺を使います。少なくとも、日本の小学生でも知っている諺くらいは皆さんも知っておいた方がよいので、これから１０回に分けて紹介します。是非覚えてください。
We often use proverbs in Japanese. At least you should know the proverbs that Japanese elementary school students know.So I will introduce 50 of them in ten parts. Please remember by all means.
16.けがの功名(けがのこうみょう)
意味：失敗したことや何気なくしたことが、思わぬよい事をもたらすこと
英語表現 a lucky [chance] success resulting from a misfortune
17.光陰矢のごとし（こういんやのごとし）
意味：月日がたつのはとても早いので、有意義に過ごしたほうがよいということ
英語表現 time flies like an arrow
18.転ばぬ先の杖 （ころばぬさきのつえ）
意味：前もって準備や用心をしておけば、失敗しないということ
英語表現 Look before you leap.
19.猿も木から落ちる（さるもきからおちる）
意味：どんなに上手な人でも、たまには失敗することもあるということ
英語表現 Even Homer sometimes nods.
20.三人寄れば文殊の知恵（さんにんよればもんじゅのちえ）
意味：ふつうの人でも、三人で考えればいい考えがでてくるということ
英語表現 Two heads are better than one.

“Diversity” of human resource is essential for the survival and innovation of Japanese companies.However, many Japanese companies are hesitant to hire foreigners. The reality is that they are afraid of different languages and cultures.
Our missions are to introduce “excellent international students” to Japanese companies and consult their recruitment and diversity. The students who studied in Japanese universities can speak Japanese and have a good knowledge of Japanese culture, they have big potential.
