（１）学歴の始まりは「高校の卒業」から書きましょう。
We will start from the beginning of your academic career, your graduation from high school.
（２）年月は、「入学」と「卒業」の両方書きましょう。
卒業の時期だけ書いている人が多く見られます。日本では、最初から最後まで、正しく詳細を記入することが求められます。必ず、「いつ入学したのか？」「いつ卒業した（する）のか？」を明確に記入してください。
Write both the month and year of the date you started studying and the date of graduation. There are many people who write only the year of graduation. In Japan, you are expected to fill in all details completely, from start to finish. “When did you enroll? “, ” When did you graduate? “, ” When are you going to graduate? ” Please write clearly and in detail.
(3)学部・学科名、研究科名を正しく書きましょう。
Please write the name of the department or graduate school correctly.
大学名だけでは、何を勉強しているのかわかりません。
If you just write the name of your university, we will not know what you studied and majored in.
(4)学位を書きましょう。
Indicate your degree whether it`s Bachelor, Master or Doctor.
まずは「大学」であるのか、「大学院」であるのかを明確に書きましょう。

そして、「大学院」の場合、「修士課程」か、「博士課程」かを記入してください。

How to write any work experience
- 学歴と同じように、「入社の年月」と「退職の年月」を書きましょう。
Just like your academic background, indicate both the year and month of you joining and leaving the company. - 「会社名」「業種」「部署名」「仕事内容（一行に収まる程度）」を書きましょう。
Please write the “Company name”, “Type of industry”, “Department” and “Job Description (Try to fit it all in one line.)”.
